Patients Out of Time (POT)
Educating healthcare professionals about cannabis therapeutics since 1995. The pioneering organization that has educated clinical healthcare professionals about cannabis therapeutics since 1995. It has convened physicians, researchers, nurses, and patient advocates to exchange clinical cannabis data and push for evidence-based policy. Their decades of conferences, publications, and peer-exchange networks trained the first generation of cannabis-competent clinicians in the United States. PACE carries their educational mission forward — with accredited infrastructure and an institutional home for the science to live permanently.
Society of Cannabis Clinicians (SCC)
The physician-led standard for responsible cannabis clinical practice. The physician-led organization dedicated to the advancement and responsible practice of cannabis medicine. The Society of Cannabis Clinicians has set the clinical standard for cannabis medicine since its founding — providing physician membership, clinical guidelines, and peer credibility that no other organization in the field has replicated. PACE's clinical curriculum reflects SCC's evidence-based standards and is built to serve SCC members and the broader community of cannabis-trained clinicians they represent.
American Cannabis Nurses Association (ACNA)
Advancing cannabis nursing education and clinical standards nationwide. The specialty nursing organization that represents excellence in cannabis nursing through advocacy, collaboration, education, research, and policy development. ACNA represents the nursing workforce — the largest point-of-care professional population in medical cannabis states. Their clinical expertise, nursing education standards, and hospital credentialing relationships make PACE's nursing track possible and meaningful. Through ACNA, PACE reaches the practitioners who spend the most time at the bedside and who most urgently need evidence-based cannabis education.
